Full Journal pdf2000-04-12 House Journal Page 3085 HB 18 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 11, 2000, calendar (page 3030), was read the third time: 2000-04-12 House Journal Page 3086 HB 18 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 18(FIN) "An Act making a special appropriation in an amount not to exceed $250,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to the principal of the permanent fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House. **The presence of Representatives Phillips and Mulder was noted. The Speaker stated that the call was satisfied. Representative Berkowitz lifted the call. The question being: "Shall CSHB 18(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 18(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 30 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Berkowitz, Bunde, Cissna, Coghill, Cowdery, Croft, Dyson, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, James, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kohring, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Smalley, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Brice, Davies, Davis, Grussendorf, Hudson, Joule, Kerttula, Kookesh, Moses, Phillips Bunde changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, CSHB 18(FIN) passed the House. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 18(FIN).
