The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 11,          
2000, calendar (page 3030), was read the third time:

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 18(FIN)                                                 
"An Act making a special appropriation in an amount not to                    
exceed $250,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to the                   
principal of the permanent fund; and providing for an effective                
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House.                           
                                                                               
**The presence of Representatives Phillips and Mulder was noted.               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that the call was satisfied.                                
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz lifted the call.
